September Cottage Sleeps 6 September Cottage stands high above The Level in the centre of Dittisham, and commands exceptional views across the River Dart. It is a well equipped house with spacious accommodation and plenty of room outside. It is ideally situated – 150 yards from the village shop and Post Office, and an easy stroll down to the river. It has a terrace at the front from which to enjoy the view, and a steep garden behind with lawned terraces which lead up to a summerhouse and BBQ. There are tables and chairs on the lower terrace and by the summerhouse. Accommodation Details: Steep steps lead up to the front door from the parking bay below. The light, airy sitting room has wonderful river views, a large bay window with seat, and an open fireplace for the winter. The dining area has French windows onto the terrace. There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and microwave, and in a separate utility room a dishwasher, washer/drier, freezer and fridge. Downstairs, there is a cosy double bedroom and a bathroom with WC, basin and shower. Upstairs, another double bedroom has a king-size bed (ideal for early morning tea enjoying the river views), there is a twin room with garden view and the double-aspect bathroom has a WC, basin and bath. - Bed Linen Provided
